Last updated: July 17, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between Roman Klimov / ROKLIM ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee" or "you"). It governs your use of the ROKLIM software ("Software").
License Grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software. One subscription permits use on one computer owned or primarily used by you. The license may be deactivated and transferred to another computer owned by the same user, subject to my activation limits.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Software;
- Share license keys or allow concurrent use beyond the licensed scope;
- Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or bypass licensing/activation mechanisms (except to the extent permitted by mandatory law);
- Remove copyright notices;
- Use the Software for illegal purposes.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software (code, design, UI, images, logos) belong to Roman Klimov. You receive only a license, not ownership.
Updates and Support
I may release updates, fix bugs, or change functionality. I may discontinue support for older versions.
Third-Party Software / Affiliation
ROKLIM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Blackmagic Design or DaVinci Resolve. Compatibility is not guaranteed with all versions or hardware.
AI Features
Features powered by third-party AI services may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without notice. I am not responsible for their output or availability.
Activation and Fair Use
Excessive activation attempts or attempts to circumvent the licensing system may result in temporary or permanent suspension. The license is for a single individual. Frequent hardware changes or repeated transfers may trigger security measures.
Beta Versions
Beta versions are provided "as is" without warranty and may contain bugs.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee no errors, compatibility with all computers, all future DaVinci Resolve versions, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for loss of projects, data, profits, indirect or consequential damages, or business interruption. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
I may terminate the license if you breach this EULA (e.g., distribution, piracy attempts, reverse engineering). Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy copies.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
