Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ROKLIM website and services provided by Roman Klimov ("I", "me", or "ROKLIM"). By accessing or using my site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the service or violates applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offered for access to the ROKLIM software. Details of plans are available on the site. A subscription grants access during the active period.

Payment and Automatic Renewal

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.

Refunds

Refunds are at my discretion. Due to the digital nature of the product, I generally do not offer refunds after access is granted, except as required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers where applicable). Contact me for requests. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds in some cases to prevent chargebacks.

Termination of Access

I may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, projects, profits, or business interruption. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms. I will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
